Homeless Health Care

The CS-HHC's unique program assists homeless individuals, families, children and runaways. Staff will support you by providing free outpatient health care services while you are homeless and up to one year after you have found permanent housing. Staff will then assist you with obtaining a new medical home. Services are provided regardless of income and length of homelessness.

  • Transportation to your Appointments

  • Referral to Job Training
  • Cash Assistance Programs
  • Housing
  • Legal Matters
  • Food and Clothing
  • Child Care

Any man, woman, or child who is homeless.
