Adult and Pediatrics

Serving South Central Connecticut for more than a quarter century. Awarded the Johnson and Johnson Crystal award in 1997 for the Katherine Brennan School Dental Clinic. CS-HHC is proud of our 45 plus member multi-cultural staff of trained technicians and professionals. Together, they have more than 150 years of experience in providing dental care. Dental services are provided to day care centers, Head Start programs, schools and agencies. The Center's dentists are members of the American Dental Association, Connecticut State Dental Associations and the New Haven Dental Association.

CS-HHC has Children's Dentistry (Pediatric Dentist). The children's specialist has over 40 years experience helping young children get through initial dental visits. Most private insurance is accepted. VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Debit, Medicaid and General Assistance are also accepted. If you are unemployed or uninsured, the sliding fee scale will reduce charges based on your income and family size. Staff will work with you on convenient payment arrangements.

The CS-HHC Dental program (Columbus Avenue Main site and Derby site) serves as a major training site for The University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine AEGD residents and Fellows. There are over 8 residents a year rotating through the CS-HHC dental program.

The program is also a training site for the Fones School of Hygiene and the Briarwood School of Hygiene students.
