JCAHO Accredidation

The Hill Health Corporation and all of our component programs and sites are accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

Individiuals having problems related to the care rendered, or problems with the environment of care, are encouraged to speak with Senior Administrative staff regarding any of these issues. If concerns cannot be resolved through the organization, the public may contact the Joint Commission’s Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission-accredited health care organization by either calling 1/800-994-6610 or emailing complaint@jcaho.org.
