The Joint Commission Accreditation
Most of the Cornell Scott-Hill Health Corporation's component programs and sites are accredited by The Joint Commission, a national accredation agency.
Individuals having problems related to the care rendered, or problems with the environment of care, are encouraged to speak with Senior Administrative staff regarding any of these issues. If concerns cannot be resolved through CS-HHC, individuals may contact The Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring to report any concerns or register complaints about a Joint Commission-accredited health care organization by calling (800) 994-6610 or e-mailing complaint@jointcommission.org.
