HOMELESS HEALTH CARE PROGRAM

We are a unique program that helps homeless individuals, families, children and runaways. We will assist you by providing free outpatient health care services while you are homeless and up to one year after you have found permanent housing. Then we will assist you with obtaining a new medical home. Services are provided regardless of income and length of homelessness.

Flu Shots
TB Screening
Immunization

WHO CAN GET THESE SERVICES?
Any man, woman, or child who is homeless.

HOW CAN YOU GET INTO THE PROGRAM?
If you are homeless and want to get your care and program services at the Hill Health Center, call 503-3163. Someone will help you.

If you know someone who might benefit from our program, please call us at 503-3163. Or, stop by the Hill Health Center at any of its sites and ask for the homeless health care benefit.
