2005 Employee Weight Loss Program

The Hill Health Center's Department of Health Promotion is currently running an employee weight loss program free to any Hill Health Center Employee who is overweight or obese and ready to make lifestyle changes necessary for permanent weight loss.  The goal of the program is to promote healthy eating and physical activity among employees by giving pro-health information and providing motivational rewards and increased momentum through group participation. 

Program Information:

• Program Details - general information about the program including monthly meeting dates.

• Weekly Reporting Form - this is the only form that participants will use throughout the program.  This form must be sent to Ed Angeli in the Nutrition Program (either interoffice mail or fax at 503-3090 or in person) by Wednesday of each week.
