Partnership offers an intermediate care program for men and women struggling
with substance abuse.
* Intensive day and evening substance abuse treatment
* Partial hospital
program
* Case management
* HIV counseling
* Education and employment counseling
* AA and NA meetings
* Primary health care and referrals
* Housing assistance
* Mental health screening
* Psychiatric
evaluation and medication management
* Outpatient mental health and substance abuse services
Partial hospital/Intensive outpatient programs (day and evening programs
available) – Multiple days per week depending on the needs of the client.
Substance abuse recovery orientated care, case management, psychiatric services,
AIDS/HIV/STD counseling, psychotherapy, family therapy, group therapy, adult
daily living skills, relaxation training, AA and NA meetings, employment
readiness and re-entry, and supportive housing networking. Primary care
available on-site.
"Wrap-around" services - transportation, evening child care, information and
referrals, on-site food service, transitional housing (men only).
