Northside Community Outpatient Services provides alcohol and drug treatment, and mental health services primarily for residents of the Dixwell and Newhallville neighborhoods.
Hours of Operation:
Monday and Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Referral Process:

An intake evaluation appointment will be scheduled, typically within one week.
We request that at the time of the initial phone call, the following client
information is available:
· Name of client
· Age
· Reason for referral
· Social security number
· Insurance information including Medicaid / SAGA numbers
· Address
· Phone number
· Name of referent
Eligibility
Northside is licensed to provide mental health and/or substance abuse therapy
services.
Adults (18+) and families may be seen for mental health services. Substance
abuse services may be provided to adolescents and adults.
