Elder Care Office Opens
Hill Health Center has opened a new Office of Elder Care
for patients over the age of 60 years.
It is staffed by Sylvia Engelman, RN and

As a Federally Qualified Health Center, Hill Health offers sliding fee discounts and low-cost prescriptions.
The Center offers the following services to older patients:
* Geriatric assessment, including home visit, medication review, referrals to other agencies, mental health, activities of daily living (meals, bills, toilet, home safety).
* Diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease, caregiver support and resource information
* Other Medical services -
