Yvonne McCoy of Hamden has joined the Hill Health Center as human resources director. Previously she worked at Making a Difference Foundation of New Haven and Southern New England Telecommunications. McCoy earned a master's degree in Human Resources and Counseling from the University of Bridgeport.

Hill Health Center employs more than 400 people and provides services at 19 sites in four area cities.
