Manager's New Hire Checklist/Coversheet
When you
are entertaining an employee for hire please do not have them drop off
paperwork here. You can give them the application and reference letters and
have them return them to you directly. Once you have everything complete then
you should send the paperwork along with the enclosed
new hire checklist.
Paperwork
is coming here and being dropped off here and we have no idea what it is
for or what to do with it. And the applicants are confused nor do they know.
Then you all call and we have no idea who the person is and have to fish
through our files for it! If everything comes through you as the manager in
an organized and collective fashion then it makes the process more organized.
Appreciate it. Here is the new hire checklist that should be used for all new
hires so that we know the parameters surrounding the hire!
