PharmacyOur pharmacy is dedicated to helping patients receive the medications that they need, at prices that they can afford. That's why we participate in several cost saving programs including the Federal 340B drug program, which allows reduced pricing for medications for our uninsured patients.
Village of POWERThe Village of POWER is a program that provides services to women struggling with substance abuse, homelessness, mental health challenges or HIV/AIDS. In conjunction with Northside Community Outpatient Services, the program offers groups specializing in employment readiness, medical and psychiatric wellness, household management, spirituality, parenting and emotions management.
Eye ClinicOur on-site eye clinic provides services to promote eye health including eye exams, eye care and screening for retinal disease. Staffed by residents from the Yale School of Medicine, the eye clinic services over 2,500 patients from the Greater New Haven area each year.
Ear, Nose & ThroatOur dedicated providers offer a wide-range of ear, nose and throat services including evaluations, minor procedures and allergy testing. We also have a state-of-the-art audiology booth on-site for hearing evaluations.
