Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center, Connecticut's oldest and one of the largest community health Centers, has been a leader in community health care innovation for 40 years. CS-HHC provides an extensive array of medical, behavioral health and dental services to more than 29,000 Connecticut residents. The Center is a dynamic institution, which continually improves its practices to meet the needs of its predominantly low-income patients.

Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center provides comprehensive medical services at 18 locations.

CS-HHC is proud to be a pioneer in developing integrated medical and behavioral health care. CS-HHC behavioral health services include detoxification, partial hospital, and outpatient care to children and adults at 18 locations.

Winner of the Johnson & Johnson Crystal Award for excellence in community care, our Dental Department provides care at three locations and was one of the first community health centers to implement complete electronic dental records.

As a longtime leader in innovation, Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center operates its own pharmacy, licensed both as a retail pharmacy and Federal 340 (b) pharmacy where low cost medications are provided; a laboratory accredited by the American College of Pathology; a homeless health care program; a WIC program; a Public Housing program; and six school-based clinics.

The Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center mission is to provide compassionate, quality, accessible and culturally appropriate health care that integrates medical, behavioral health, dental, and prevention services to eliminate health disparities and improve the health status of our patients and our community at large. The Health Center especially seeks to make a difference in the health care and health outcomes served by the current health care system.
